I mean we are a German band and our success started 3 years ago - we just started in America and to be nominated is a big
deal for us." Hundreds of screaming fans watched on as they performed their hit song "Ready, Set, Go."
Tokio Hotel also shared with YoungHollywood correspondent, Oliver Trevena, that they idolize Hugh Hefner and would love to visit the Playboy Mansion while in Los Angeles.
